Meet Dennis Poma

President & Principal Engineer

Dennis brings more than 35 years of engineering and construction experience to every job. As the company’s principal engineer, he handles everything from site inspections and system design to permitting, troubleshooting, and customer guidance.

If there is a complicated property, a tough regulation, or a problem that needs solving, Dennis is usually the one figuring it out.

Clients trust him because he is straightforward, knowledgeable, and honest. He believes in doing things the right way, explaining the process clearly, and building long-term relationships, not quick fixes. His focus has always been simple: protect public health, preserve Hawaii’s environment, and deliver solutions that truly work.

Outside of work, Dennis enjoys traveling with family and getting out on the golf course whenever he can.

Meet Fran Poma

Operations Manager

Fran keeps everything moving behind the scenes and makes sure every customer feels taken care of from start to finish. She oversees project coordination, client communication, scheduling, invoicing, marketing, and daily operations.

With a background in IT and process management, she brings organization, clarity, and a strong focus on customer experience to the business. Her approach is guided by integrity, empathy, and responsiveness. She believes in clear communication and treating every client the way she would want to be treated.

Fran loves the people side of the work, building relationships with homeowners, vendors, and partners throughout the islands. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, home projects, and spending time with friends and family.
